New Infinite 1-Up Glitch Found in NES Super Mario Bros.

YouTube User Games Haya has posted a video displaying an infinite 1-Up glitch in the original Super Mario Bros on NES on June 17th, 2014. In the video, it appears that the game is being played in its second playthrough, as all of the Goombas are Buzzy Beetles.

The game is being played in 2-Player mode, and Mario dies in World 2-1 so Luigi can travel all the way to world 5-2 and die by a Hammer Bros' hammer on his way up the secret beanstalk.

This initiates a glitch in Mario's game back in World 2-1 -- the beanstalk grows from the ground at the beginning of the stage, and Mario has the opportunity to use this to his advantage as an infinite 1-Up glitch by climbing on the beanstalk, climbing down on the two Buzzy Beetles, and racking up infinite 1-Ups.

It has to be seen to be believed... this may be the infinite 1-Up glitch of all infinite 1-Up glitches.
